  • Contest Name

    2025 ROK-US Alliance Video Content Contest

  • Eligibility

    Open to all Korean and foreign citizens

    - Entries may be submitted individually or as a team (up to 3 members per team)
    * Team members cannot be changed after submission.
    - For team applications, all members’ names must be handwritten on the application form.
    - Multiple submissions are allowed, but only the highest-ranking award will be recognized per applicant or team.

  • Categories

    1) Short-form video (vertical format, up to 60 seconds)
    2) Standard video (horizontal format, up to 5 minutes)

    * Any video format is allowed, including documentaries, short films, dramas, music videos, animations, infographics, advertisements, sketch comedy, and vlogs.

  • How to Enter

    Visit our official website to download the entry form. Fill out the form, then submit it along with your original video file via the designated Google Form link. If your video file is too large to submit through the form, you can send your entry via email instead. (business1@techncare.co.kr)

  • Awards/Prizes

    12 awards in total, with a total prize pool of 4,000,000 KRW

    * * The entire award is paid directly by the foundation * ** For prizes of 250,000 KRW or more, a 4.4% tax will be deducted in accordance with Korean tax law.

  • Important Notes

    - The copyright of the winning video will be jointly held by the producer and the Pyeongtaek International Exchange Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to use and reproduce the video as non-commercial content across all of its online channels.
    -Submitted entries cannot be modified or withdrawn once submitted.
    - All entries must be original works that have not been submitted to any other contests.
    - Entries must not infringe on portrait rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, music rights, property rights, or rental rights. In the event of a dispute, the applicant will be held fully responsible.
    - The use of generative AI in any form is strictly prohibited. If such use is discovered, the award will be revoked and prize money must be returned.
    - The use of other people’s video sources is not permitted. However, applicants may use legally purchased materials (e.g., video effects, stock photos, clip art). Any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from such use will be the applicant’s responsibility.
    - For group submissions (two or more people), the prize money will be awarded to a single representative. The Foundation will not intervene in how it is divided among group members.
    - The Foundation is not responsible for any issues with prize delivery or payment caused by incorrect personal information.
    Taxes will be deducted from the total prize amount in accordance with applicable tax laws.
